By roll call vote, appoint for the following: <br />a. Two full-term seats on the Library Board that will expire on June 30, 2025; <br />b. Three full-term seats on the Planning Commission that will expire on June 30, <br />2025; and <br />c. Four full-term seats on the Transportation Advisory Committee that will <br />expire on May 31, 2025. <br />2. By motion, use the current BCC applicant pool to fill any additional vacancies <br />on the Library Board, Planning Commission and Transportation Advisory <br />Committee through January 31, 2022. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 8.B. Proposed Economic Resiliency Plan to Respond to COVID-19 for the next 24 <br />months <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve the Proposed Economic Resiliency Plan to Respond to <br />COVID-19 for the next 24 months; and <br />2.
