REV: 03-18-22 RL <br />contractors have access; or any other public or contractor facilities associated <br />with the Production. <br />A professional grade Audio System including all necessary equipment, installation <br />of such equipment and trained audio engineers for operation based on audio and <br />communications requirements provided by Consultant. <br />General Services including, but not limited to, Site and audience security, fencing, <br />adequate work light, dumpster accessibility, a secure office for Consultant <br />personnel within the venue, secure parking for Consultant vehicles, access to <br />washrooms, tents, equipment storage, hazmat storage, electrical power, fire <br />suppression equipment, access to worksites, necessary credentialing, etc., will be <br />required as necessary. <br />Payment Terms: <br />Notwithstanding Section 21, Termination, Consultant will be paid an initial payment of <br />Forty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Five ($44,975) upon execution of the <br />Agreement; and a final payment of Forty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Five <br />($44,975) upon completion of the Services, pursuant to invoices consistent with Section <br />6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.036/Pyro Spectaculars North, Inc.
