REV: 03-22-22 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Contractor shall provide City with minor repainting services as needed and at the request <br />of the Public Works Facilities Superintendent or their designee. Contractor shall supply <br />all labor and materials required to complete services. <br />Fee: <br />City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule below in <br />amount not to exceed Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars ($95,000). Materials shall be billed <br />at cost with no mark-up. Invoices shall be billed upon completion of services with Net 30 <br />payment terms, in a form consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Hourly Rate for Painting (Per Painter) $90.00 <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.054/Dave Stephenson Painting, Inc.
