EXHIBIT N A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide City with periodical procurement and delivery services to meet its <br />needs for magazine and newspaper subscriptions for a two-year period. Services will <br />include starting new subscriptions and canceling existing subscriptions; processing <br />claims for missing or damaged issues and supplying replacement copies when applicable <br />or credits as needed. Consultant will receive and respond to claims electronically, and <br />will provide regular reports on the statuses of claimed items. <br />When the City places its annual order, all materials at the quoted prices must be delivered <br />F.O.B., Redwood City, CA, USA. City will make payment annually, pursuant to invoicing <br />consistent with Section 6, Compensation, after placing its annual order. <br />Invoices must reflect sales tax rate applicable to the City of Redwood City and must be <br />sent to: <br />Redwood City Public Library <br />1044 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Library materials provided must comply with current copyright and intellectual property <br />laws. <br />Print magazines and Newspapers will be delivered or mailed directly to the three <br />individual library branches per the annual subscription list for the Library. The subscription <br />list for the initial year of the agreement is included below, but City reserves the right to <br />add or remove titles annually.
