REV: 02-08-22 RL <br />Assessor’s Parcel No. 055-010-220 <br />Owner(s): HARBOR VILLAGE, LLC <br />Address: 3015 East Bayshore Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />REDWOOD CITY AND HARBOR VILLAGE, LLC <br />This AGREEMENT FOR RIGHT OF ENTRY is made this 4th day of July, 2022, <br />between the City of Redwood City, a Municipal Corporation (“CITY”), and HARBOR <br />VILLAGE, LLC, owner of Harbor Village Mobile Estates (“OWNER”), located at 3015 East <br />Bayshore Road, Redwood City, CA. <br />RECITALS <br />A. OWNER is the ground lessee of certain real property located at 3015 East <br />Bayshore Road, Redwood City, California, designated as APN 055-010-220 described and <br />depicted in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (“Property”), on <br />which OWNER operates Harbor Village Mobile Estates. <br />B. City and owner agree that it is necessary to perform annual maintenance in the <br />City’s storm surge channel (Bayfront Canal) to remove vegetated growth to prevent it from <br />blocking storm drainage pipes and impeding storm water flow in the channel (the “Work”). <br />C. City owns an easement granted by PG&E to property (as identified on <br />Exhibit “A”) necessary to perform a portion of the Work but needs to pass through OWNER’S <br />Property to perform the Work. <br />D. In addition, City needs to perform Work outside of the easement area and on <br />the Property as identified on Exhibit “A”. <br />E. It will be necessary for the City and its employees, contractors and <br />subcontractors to enter upon the Property for approximately ten (10) days each year for the <br />purposes of performing the Work. <br />F. OWNER is willing to grant City and its employees, contractors and <br />subcontractors access to and entry upon the Property for the purposes of performing the <br />Work, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. <br />AGREEMENT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals, the parties agree as <br />follows: <br />1. Grant of Access. OWNER hereby grants to CITY and its employees, <br />contractors and subcontractors access to and the right of entry upon the Property in <br />order to perform the Work as described in more detail in Exhibit B attached hereto and <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.276/City of Redwood City (Harbor Village Access Agreement) (Page 1 of 6)
