REV: 03-29-2022 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will perform the following tasks under the direction of the Parks, Recreation <br />and Community Services Director: <br />A. Provide technical expertise to support fire management in parks <br />B. Promote and manage educational volunteer workdays for local high school <br />students at Stulsaft Park <br />C. Promote and manage quarterly weeding workdays at Redwood Creek to keep out <br />the most noxious species of plants and monitor site <br />D. Maintain and ensure watering of recently installed native plants <br />Consultant shall be paid in monthly installments pursuant to an invoice reflecting work <br />performed in the previous month, in a form consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Total compensation is $26,000. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.057/Grassroots Ecology (Page 11 of 11)
