California which require every employer to be insured against liability for <br />workers' compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the <br />provisions of that Code, and Agency certifies that they will comply with such <br />provisions before stepping onto District facilities. <br />The District acknowledges that the Agency is self-insured, and accepts the <br />Agency's self-insured coverage as satisfying the provisions of this Section. <br />5.
