This list is not <br />exhaustive. Please contact Caltrans for clarification on these items, if needed. Under certain <br />circumstances, Caltrans may approve the use of ATP funds for the purchase of typically ineligible <br />items. This would be done on a case-by-case basis if the applicant can justify that the item primarily <br />benefits the non -motorized user.
