1.2. Notice of Cancellation. This insurance will be in force during the life of the Agreement <br />and any extensions of it and will not be canceled without Brycer providing thirty (30) days prior <br />written notice to Client sent pursuant to the Notice provisions of this Agreement. <br />1.3 Providin Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements. Prior to Client's execution of this <br />Agreement, Brycer shall provide to Client certificates of insurance and above referenced <br />endorsements sufficient to satisfaction of Client's Risk Manager. In no event shall Brycer <br />commence any work or provide any Services under this Agreement until certificates of insurance <br />and endorsements have been accepted by Client's Risk Manager. <br />1A Failure to Maintain Coverage. If Brycer fails to comply with these insurance requirements, <br />then Client will have the option to declare Brycer in breach. <br />1.5 Su Policies. Client reserves the right to require, at any time, complete <br />copies of any or all required insurance policies and endorsements. <br />REV: 02-12-21 PR <br />
