(n) No Agency. Parttiership or Joint Venture. Nothing contained herein nor <br />any acts of the parties hereto shall be deemed or construed by the parties hereto, nor by any third <br />party, as creating the relationship of principal and agent or of partnership or of joint venture by <br />the parties hereto or any relationship other than the relationship of optionor and optionee. <br />(o) No Brokers. City and County each represents that they have not been <br />represented by any broker in connection with this Option Agreement or the Ground Lease, and <br />that no real estate broker's commission, finder's fee or other compensation is due or payable. <br />County agrees to indemnify and hold harmless City from any claims or liability, including <br />reasonable attorneys' fees, in connection with a claim by any person for such compensation <br />based upon any statement, representation or agreement of County. <br />(p) Remedies: No Damages.
