REV: 04-29-2022 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide the following services: <br /> <br />1. Consultant will schedule a kick off meeting <br />Consultant will schedule an initial project “kick-off” meeting with the Fire Chief and the Fire <br />Marshal. <br />2. Consultant will administer a CliftonStrengths assessment. <br />This will include: purchasing the codes (for 5 team members who have not yet taken the <br />CliftonStrenths Assessment), providing the Fire Chief with instructions and codes to send <br />to team, monitoring completion, and running team reports. <br />3.Consultant will conduct one-on-one introductions/strengths coaching sessions. <br />This will entail 7 separate Zoom calls between the consultant and each participant and an <br />additional 1-1 debrief call with the Fire Chief and the Fire Marshal. <br />4. Consultant will plan and facilitate an all-day team building retreat. <br />Consultant will design the agenda, create materials, and provide in-person facilitation for <br />an interactive and dynamic ½ day team session (4 hours). <br />Consultant will bill City per the table below.
