REV: 05-19-22 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will lead Socially Distanced Bike Rodeos at the Health Fair on the Square <br />event at 2200 Broadway Street, Redwood City, CA 94063, occurring on Saturday, May <br />21, 2022. <br />Consultant will: <br />Provide Socially Distanced Bike Rodeos (SDBR) in which students will have the <br />opportunity to practice safe pedestrian and bicycling behaviors. SDBRs will be <br />15-20 minutes each, followed by a 15-minute break between each. <br />Ensure all participants sign the Redwood City Together waiver before <br />participating in activity <br />Payment Terms <br />Consultant will be paid in one installment upon the completion of all Services, pursuant <br />to an invoice consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.118/Safe Moves (Health Fair Bike Rodeo) (Page 10 of 10)
