6.13 Entire Understanding of the Parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire <br />Agreement between the Parties and no modification shall be binding unless reduced to writing <br />and signed by the Parties. <br />6.14 No Third Party Beneficiaries. There shall be no third party beneficiaries to this <br />Agreement. <br />6.15 .Taint and Several Liability. The Owner and each of them shall be jointly and <br />severally liable for all of the Owner's obligations under this Agreement. <br />6.16 Title of Parts and Sections. Any titles of the sections or subsections of this <br />Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall be disregarded in interpreting <br />any part of the Agreement's provisions. <br />6.17 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal, or <br />unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining portions of this <br />Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. <br />6.18 Multiple Originals; CounteEparts.
