REV: 04-29-2022 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SPECIFICATIONS, PAYMENT TERMS AND INSURANCE <br />I. SPECIFICATIONS AND PAYMENT TERMS <br />The City shall purchase Goods on an as-needed basis. The City does not guarantee, nor <br />agrees to purchase a minimum quantity of Goods. <br />Invoices must contain the purchase order number, description of Goods, unit of <br />measurement and price, quantities billed, extended totals, and applicable taxes. <br />Vendor shall submit detailed monthly invoices to: <br />Redwood City Public Works <br />1400 Broadway <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Unit prices are as follows: <br />Description Unit <br />Price/Ton <br />1 Class 2 Aggregate Base (Base Rock), Natural $24.00 <br />2 Class I, Type A Permeable (Washed Chips) $32.75 <br />All Goods purchased shall also be charged an Environmental Fee of $7.50 per end dump <br />load. <br />All Goods shall be available at the facility located at 12100 Stevens Canyon Rd, <br />Cupertino, CA 95014. This facility shall be able to provide the following minimum daily <br />quantities from Mondays – Fridays from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM: <br />Item Daily Minimum <br />Amount (Tons) <br />Class 2 Aggregate Base (Base Rock), Natural 300 <br />Class I, Type A Permeable (Washed Chips) 200 <br />II. INSURANCE <br />1. Insurance. Vendor will obtain and maintain for the duration of the Agreement and <br />any and all amendments, insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to <br />property, which may arise out of or in connection with delivery of the Goods or <br />performance of the Services by Vendor or Vendor’s agents, representatives, employees <br />or subcontractors. The insurance carrier is required to maintain an A.M. Best rating of <br />not less than “A-: VII”. <br />1.1 Coverages and Limits. Vendor, at its sole expense, will maintain the types <br />of coverages and minimum limits indicated below, unless otherwise approved by <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.100/Stevens Creek Quarry, Inc.
