REV: 05-26-2022 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Contractor shall provide City with lift maintenance services as outlined below for a lift <br />located at 2200 Broadway Street, Redwood City CA 94063: <br />•Scuff and sand existing coating, prime as necessary and coat with an <br />architectural grade coating system. <br />•Strip existing coating if required, remove scratches, oxidize and protect with <br />multiple coats of clear coat. <br />Fee: <br />City shall pay Contractor a flat rate amount of Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty- <br />Nine Dollars and Fifty-Two Cents ($19,759.52) for completion of all services. Consultant <br />shall be paid in one installment upon completion of services with Net 30 payment terms, <br />pursuant to an invoice consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.124/Stuart Dean Co., Inc.
