This Agreement is hereby amended to reflect the Hourly Fee schedule set <br />forth in Exhibit "B" that is applicable to the services A.1 through A.a as described in <br />Exhibit A "Scope of Services", Both Exhibit "A" and liB" are attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />4. All other provisions, as may have been amended from time to time, will <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />5.
