ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />MOTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt <br />the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Cherlene Wright, representing the Housing and Human Concems Committee and <br />Threshold 2009, announced upcoming community conversations for the month of August. <br />She provided specifics about the events which will take place on August 5, 25 and 29, <br />2009 and highlighted that Redwood City is a partner in this cou'ntywide initiative. <br /> <br />Mayor Foust read the titles of the items to be approved via the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br />MIS Ira/Aguirre to approve the Consent Calendar items.
