Access Roadwav is a Fire Lane: The private roadway shall be designated as a fire lane <br />and shall be marked in accordance with the Califomia Vehicle Code, Section 22500.1. On the <br />private roadway entering from Finger Avenue, the development shall have a sign posted which <br />clearly advises that there shall be no parking, stopping, or standing allowed along the roadway. <br /> <br />57. Fire Flow. The water system serving the project site shall provide the needed fire flow <br />requirement of not less than 1,000 gallons per minute, with a minimum residual pressure of 20 <br />pound per square inch for the duration of at least two hours, in accordance with the International <br />Fire Code Appendix B. <br /> <br />58. Mitiaation Measures: The approved Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program is <br />hereby adopted for this project and the mitigation measures are made conditions of this approval <br />as follows. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measure AES-1: All exterior lighting shall be below the tree line and shielded to <br />prevent spiff of direct light rays beyond the project site boundaries. The applicant shall include <br />lighting details on the building plans for review and approval by the Planning Department prior to <br />issuance of grading or building permits. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measure AIR-1: The following control measures shall be incorporated on the <br />grading and building plans prior to issuance of grading or building permits and the measures <br />shall be implemented during all construction activities: <br /> <br />a. Water all active construction and disturbed areas at least twice daily during dry periods; <br /> <br />b. Cover alf trucks hauling soil, sand, and other loose materials or require all trucks to <br />maintain at least two feet of freeboard; <br /> <br />c. Pave, apply water three times daily, or apply (nontoxic) soil stabilizers on all unpaved <br />access roads, parking areas, and staging areas at construction sites; <br /> <br />d. Sweep daily (with water sweepers) all paved access roads, parking areas, and staging <br />areas at construction sites. Dust, sediment, and debris shall not be washed into the storm <br />drain system; <br /> <br />e. Sweep streets daily (with water sweepers) if visible soil material is carried onto adjacent <br />publiC streets. Dust, sediment, and debris shalf not be washed into the storm drain system; <br />and <br /> <br />f. Excavation and grading activities shall be suspended and dust control measures shall be <br />implemented when winds exceed 25 miles per hour. <br /> <br />g. Hydroseed or apply (non-toxic) soil stabilizers to inactive construction areas. <br /> <br />h. Enclose, cover, water twice daily or apply (non-toxic) soil binders to exposed stockpiles <br />dirt, sand I etc. <br /> <br />L Install sandbags or other erosion control measures to prevent silt runoff to public <br />roadways. <br /> <br />j.
