<br />REPORT <br /> <br />6.1C <br />age 1 <br /> <br />To the Honorable M.ayor and City Council <br />From theCi Mana .er <br /> <br />October 26, 2009 <br /> <br />SUBJECT <br />Execution of Funding Agreements for FY 09-10 Human Services Financial Assistance <br />Program (HSFA) <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Authorize the City Manager to execute the Human Services Financial Assistance <br />Program agreements in the amounts specified in the 2009/2010 fiscal year approved <br />budget. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />After reviewing each proposal and hearing presentations from each of the applicants, <br />the Housing and Human Concerns Committee voted on April 8 to recommend funding <br />as indicated below. On June 22, the Council instructed the City Manager to include <br />these recommendations in the FY 09-10 budget ordinance.
