REV: 06-14-22 JB <br />“ ”EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Assistant Community Development Director, or designee, shall prepare a scope of work for each <br />individual project request via Task Order. The Task Order shall include a list of required tasks and <br />time frame for deliverables. Typically, the tasks will include review of project information, <br />evaluation of potential environmental impacts, and preparation of required CEQA documents. <br />Attendance at public meetings or other tasks will be requested on a case-by-case basis. <br />Scopes for individual projects shall be sent to the consultant with a deadline for response. In the <br />response, the consultant will include the staff resources they can commit to the project, estimated <br />timeline and detailed cost for provision of services. <br />The City will evaluate that proposal, and, if it chooses, accept the proposal and initiate work by <br />issuing a Task Order. . <br />FEE SCHEDULE: <br />Consultant will provide detailed cost estimates for all services requested in each Task Order <br />with the City. The Consultant will be paid on an hourly basis at the rates provided <br />below. Reimbursable expenses will be delineated on all invoices. All expenses (printing, <br />couriers, postage, etc.) will be included in invoices. <br />Title Hourly Rate <br />Senior Principal $320 <br />Principal Project Manager $295 <br />Senior Environmental Specialist $250 <br />Senior Project Manager $230 <br />Environmental Specialist $215 <br />Project Manager $205 <br />Associate Project Manager $180 <br />Assistant Project Manager $150 <br />Researcher $130 <br />Draft person/Graphic Artist $120 <br />Unless otherwise stated in the agreement for on-call services, materials, outside services and <br />subcontractors include a 15% administration fee. Mileage will be charged per the current IRS standard <br />mileage rate at the time costs occur. Subject to revision January 1, 2023 if mutually agreed upon in writing <br />by the City and Consultant.
