REV: 06-16-22 JB <br />“ ”EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Assistant Community Development Director, or designee, shall prepare a scope of work <br />for each individual project request via Task Order. The Task Order shall include a list of <br />required tasks and time frame for deliverables. Typically, the tasks will include review of <br />project information, evaluation of potential environmental impacts, and preparation of <br />required CEQA documents. Attendance at public meetings or other tasks will be <br />requested on a case-by-case basis. <br />Scopes for individual projects shall be sent to the Consultant with a deadline for response. <br />In the response, the Consultant will include the staff resources they can commit to the <br />project, estimated timeline and detailed cost for provision of services. <br />The City will evaluate that proposal, and, if it chooses, accept the proposal and initiate <br />work by issuing a Task Order. <br />FEES: <br /> The following are the Consultant’s hourly rates for 2022 and potential reimbursable costs <br />and expenses. Charge rates subject to annual 3% escalation upon providing written <br />notice to City of <br />Reimbursable direct expenses will be delineated on all invoices. All expenses (printing, <br />couriers, postage, etc.) will be included in Applicable project-related expenses <br />will be charged at cost plus 10%. This would include items such as noise-monitoring <br />equipment rental, biological resource survey equipment rental, cultural resource records <br />searches, and similar direct expenses.
