AGREEMENT 00 5200-1 <br /> <br />DOCUMENT 00 5200 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, dated this ______ day of _________________, 2022, by and <br />between Musco Sports Lighting, LLC, whose place of business is located at 100 1ST AVE W <br />OSKALOOSA, IA 52577 (Contractor), and CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a California charter city <br />and municipal corporation (City), acting under and by virtue of the authority vested in City by the <br />laws of the State of California. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City, by its Minute Order No. ______________adopted on the____ day of <br />______________, 2022 awarded to Contractor the following Contract: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />HAWES PARK LED SPORTS LIGHTING PROECT <br />at <br />1187 HUDSON STREET <br />REDWOOD CITY, CA 94061 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, <br />Contractor and City agree as follows: <br /> <br />ARTICLE 1 SCOPE OF WORK OF THE CONTRACT <br /> <br />1.01 WORK OF THE CONTRACT <br /> <br />A. Contractor shall complete all Work specified in the Contract Documents, in accordance <br />with the Specifications, Drawings, and all other terms and conditions of the Contract <br />Documents (Work). <br /> <br />1.02 PRICE FOR COMPLETION OF THE WORK <br /> <br />A. City shall pay Contractor a Contract Sum in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred <br />Eight Thousand One Hundred Ninety-One Dollars ($308,191) for completion of Work <br />in accordance with Contract Documents. Pricing for this project is based on Sourcewell <br />Contract Number 071619-MSL. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF WORK <br /> <br />2.01 COMMENCEMENT OF WORK <br /> <br />A. Contractor shall commence Work on a date agreed upon by both Parties <br />(Commencement Date). <br /> <br />B. City reserves the right to modify or alter the Commencement Date. <br /> <br />2.02 COMPLETION OF WORK <br /> <br /> <br />A.
