REV: 06-16-22 JB <br />DIRECT EXPENSES <br />Direct expenses are billed at the amount charged, as described below, plus a 10 percent <br />administration cost. <br />Vehicles: current IRS reimbursable rate <br />Out-of-pocket expenses - including, but not limited to, travel, messenger service, <br />lodging, meals, blueprint, reproduction, and photographic services. <br />TERMS <br />Consultant shall invoice City monthly in the form provided in Paragraph 6 of this <br />Agreement. <br />* Rates effective through December 2022. Overtime may be charged at 1.5 times the <br />standard billing rate. Overtime rates would only apply with prior authorization at the City’s <br />direction for a task, such as, a weekend survey or overnight work. <br />All labor rates will be subject to annual increase if mutually agreed upon in writing by the <br />City Manager, or their designee, and Consultant. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.154/Stantec Consulting Services Inc.
