Delivery of materials produced as a direct result of the specific Services <br />performed under this Agreement shall constitute for CLIENT a perpetual, royalty-free license to use said <br />materials for the purpose for which they were intended. Any unauthorized transfer, reproduction or re- <br />use of products delivered by CONSULTANT in connection with Services performed under this Agreement <br />shall be at CLIENT’s sole risk.
