REV: 07-08-22 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide one full-time (1.0 FTE) Program Director and one full-time (1.0 <br />FTE) Homeless Outreach Case Manager that will work to develop the initial framework <br />for the coordinated Redwood City Homeless Outreach Strategy and Scope of Work for <br />the Homeless Outreach Component of the City’s two-year Homelessness Initiatives <br />Workplan, including the Resolving Encampments through Effective Engagement Pilot. <br />Services will include: <br />Working with the Redwood City Homeless Services Manager to start up and <br />launch the coordinated Redwood City Homeless Outreach Strategy <br />Working with the Redwood City Homeless Services Manager to develop and <br />implement a structure for coordination of Redwood City Homeless Outreach <br />Strategy including clarification of roles amongst participating partners/partner <br />agencies <br />Beginning to design division of labor and coordination of efforts amongst existing <br />and anticipated homeless outreach staff/resources across agencies <br />Coordinating deployment of existing homeless outreach staff/resources to <br />encampments <br />Developing “by name” list of encampment residents <br />Developing strategy for “On Demand” Rapid Response <br />Beginning implementation of Collective Impact Model <br />Objectives/Deliverable: <br />”By Name” list for residents of the current Redwood City encampments <br />Identification of individuals on the “by name” that are also on the Redwood City <br />HOT list and/or currently matched with a Housing Opportunity <br />Draft Common Agenda under Collective Impact Model <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.178/LifeMoves (Coordinated Homeless Outreach Launch) (Page 11 of 12)
