Affordable Housing: Acquisition of sites for affordable housing, new construction of <br />affordable housing, conversion of existing housing to affordable, acquisition and <br />rehabilitation of rental housing (includes special needs housing). <br /> <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />Provide minor home repairs for low-income Redwood City elderly and disabled <br />households. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Safe at Home will serve 5 Redwood City persons. <br /> <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
