RECORDING REQUESTED BY <br />AND WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Attention: City Manager <br />NO FEE FOR RECORDING PURSUANT <br />TO GOVERNMENT CODE <br />SECTIONS 6103 AND 27383 <br />APN: 052-038-383-27-04 <br />(Space above this line for Recorder's Use) <br />NOTICE OF AFFORDABILITY RESTRICTIONS <br />ON TRANSFER OF PROPERTY <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Redwood City, a California <br />charter city (the "City"), to carry out certain obligations under the Community <br />Redevelopment Law of the State of California (Health and Safety Code Section <br />33000 et SeMc .), and the Redevelopment Plan for the Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Project Area No. 2, has required 353 Main Street Apartments, LP, a California <br />limited partnership (the "Owner") to enter into certain affordability covenants and <br />restrictions entitled, Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive <br />Covenants (the "Restrictions"), with reference to a housing development (the <br />"Development") to be constructed on that certain real property (the "Property") <br />located in the City of Redwood City, San Mateo County, Assessor's Parcel No. <br />052-038-383-27-04, and further described in Exhibit A incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />The affordability covenants and restrictions contained in the Restrictions include <br />without limitation and as further described in the Restrictions: <br />1. Sixty-one (6 1) Units, including thirteen (13) single room occupancy/ <br />studio Units, twenty-five (25) one -bedroom Units and twenty-four (24) <br />two-bedroom Units, shall be rented to and occupied by or, if vacant, <br />available for occupancy by Extremely Low Income Households; <br />1199\09\2723507.2 <br />
