EXHIBIT G <br />Form of Written Certification of Purchase and Sale in Conformance with <br />Occupancy, Refinancing, and Resale Restriction Agreement with Option to Purchase <br />To: City of Redwood City ("City") <br />From: <br />Address of Home: <br />Date: <br />By signature below, <br />[name of current owner(s)/seller] ("Seller(s)") and <br />[name of purchaser(s)] ("Purchaser(s)") <br />("Home") <br />[insert name or names of Seller] and <br />[insert name or names of Purchaser] hereby certify to the City under <br />penalty of perjury as follows: <br />1. We, as Seller and Purchaser of the Home, which is subject to an Occupancy, Refinancing, <br />and Resale Restriction Agreement with Option to Purchase entered into between the Seller and <br />the City (the "Resale Restriction Agreement"), have provided the City with the sales contract for <br />the sale of the Home from Seller to Purchaser, and related documents that provide (a) the sales <br />price of the Home; b) the price to be paid by the Purchaser for the Seller's personal property, if <br />any, (c) for the services of the Seller, if any, (d) escrow costs and charges, (e) Realtor broker fees <br />and any other resale costs, charges credits, allowances or other consideration, if any, and these <br />documents have been reviewed and approved by the City (the "Purchase and Sale Documents"). <br />A true and correct copy of the Purchase and Sale Documents are attached to this Certification as <br />Attachment No. 1. <br />2. The Home will be sold and escrow on such sale will be closed in accordance with the <br />terms of the Purchase and Sale Documents. <br />3. Purchaser or any other party has not paid and will not pay to the Seller, and the Seller has <br />not received and will not receive from Purchaser or any other party, money or other <br />consideration, including personal property, in addition to what is set forth in the Purchase and <br />Sale Documents. <br />4. Seller and Purchaser acknowledge and agree that in the event that a Transfer, as defined <br />in the Resale Restriction Agreement, is made in violation of the terms of the Resale Restriction <br />Agreement, or false or misleading statements are made in any documents or certification <br />submitted to the City, the City shall have the right to foreclose on the Home or file an action in <br />law or in equity as may be appropriate. <br />5. Seller and Purchaser acknowledge and agree that in any event, any costs, liabilities or <br />obligations incurred by Seller and Purchaser for the return of any moneys paid or received in <br />violation of the Resale Restriction Agreement or for any of the Seller's and/or Purchaser's costs <br />and legal expenses, shall be home by Seller and/or Purchaser and they shall hold the City and its <br />REV: 06-30-22 SK <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.166/Hugo Alberto Zarco Vargas & Andrea Vergara Cardenas (Page 38 of 40) <br />
