AMCG will
attempt to achieve voluntary enrollment in as many 5th grade classrooms as possible within the agency
service area without exceeding the funding limits or maximum number of participants designated by the
participating member agency.

If AMCG is having difficulty in getting a school or classroom enrolled in the Program, AMCG will alert
BAWSCA. BAWSCA will then contact the participating agency that is sponsoring that school and that
agency can either: (1) more aggressively pursue enrolling the school or class through direct agency
involvement in school and class recruiting, (2) add a different school or class into the Program, and/or (3)
remove the school (or class) from that year’s Program.

AMCG and BAWSCA will bill the participating member agencies for the actual number of participants that
enroll in the Program and receive the Indoor or Outdoor WaterWise kits, or the LivingWise kits. In order to
provide compensation for BAWSCA’s roll in administering and coordinating the Program, an administrative
fee of $1.00 will be charged on per kit basis.

BAWSCA INCENTIVE PROGRAM TO SUPPORT THE WATERWISE/OUTDOOR
WATERWISE/LIVINGWISE PROGRAMS

In order to further promote participation in this Program, BAWSCA will provide an incentive to the targeted
classrooms and students in the participating service areas.
