REV: 08-11-22 RL <br />Exhibit A <br />Agreement between the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City. <br />1. Description of Services to be Performed by Contractor <br />Contractor shall provide the following services: <br />Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and <br />supervision necessary to provide complete and continuous care of all lawn, trees, shrubs, <br />and ground covers for on-going maintenance and other landscaping services at Garfield <br />School Playing Fields as per the tasks listed in the section 2. below entitled Amount and <br />Method of Payment, Table 1. Tasks and Terms. Contractor shall submit a cost report of <br />any additional work, and the additional work shall be authorized in writing by the Director <br />of the Office of Sustainability or his/her designated representative before said work is <br />performed. <br />A County representative may request to walk the entire site each month with Contractor <br />to ensure that all operations are being completed in a satisfactory manner. <br />2. Amount and Method of Payment <br />County shall pay Contractor based on the following schedule and terms: <br />Table 1.
