EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will: <br />Assist with development and implementation of the new pronouncement, <br />Government Accounting Standards Board Statement No. 87 (GASB 87), which <br />mandates new procedures for reporting leases. <br />Review current practices for allocation of internal service and utility costs with <br />recommendations based upon best practices of governmental reporting. <br />Provide other financial consulting services as requested. <br />Consultant will update City weekly regarding progress on development and <br />implementation of GASB 87. Development and implementation of GASB 87 reporting for <br />FY 2021-22 will be completed by October 1, 2022. <br />SCHEDULE OF FEES <br />Consultant will be paid on an hourly basis. Consultant will invoice monthly for hours <br />incurred on consulting services at a rate of $225 per hour up to 40 hours. <br />Additional work not included in services outlined above will be billed at $225 per hour and <br />will only be authorized pursuant to a written amendment to this Agreement. <br />REV: 08-12-22 RL <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.273/MUNICIPAL RESOURCES GROUP (GASB 87) (Page 11 of 11) <br />
