Payment of this amount will be mailed to Agent at <br />the address listed in Section 9 “Notice.” <br />b) Upon arrival of Performers to the Place of Performance for setup on <br />September 30, 2022, as set forth in Exhibit “A,” Schedule of <br />Performances, City will pay Performers Seventy Five Thousand Dollars <br />($75,000.00) via check made payable to: Zoppė Family, Inc. Payment <br />of this amount will be hand delivered to Giovanni Zoppé at the Place of <br />Performance by a City representative. <br />c) On October 18, 2022, as set forth in Exhibit “A,” Schedule of <br />Performances, the City will pay Performers Forty Five Thousand Dollars <br />($45,000.00) via check made payable to: Zoppė Family, Inc. Payment <br />of this amount will be hand delivered to Giovanni Zoppé at the Place of <br />Performance by a City representative. <br />d) On November 1, 2022, as set forth in Exhibit “A,” Schedule of <br />Performances, the City will pay Performers Forty Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($45,000.00) via check made payable to: Zoppė Family, Inc. <br />Payment of this amount will be hand delivered to Giovanni Zoppé at <br />the Place of Performance by a City representative. <br />e) On November 15, 2022, as set forth in Exhibit “A,” Schedule of <br />Performances, the City will pay Performers Forty Five Thousand Dollars <br />($45,000.00) via check made payable to: Zoppė Family, Inc. Payment <br />of this amount will be hand delivered to Giovanni Zoppé at the Place of <br />Performance by a representative. <br />f) On November 29, 2022, as set forth in Exhibit “A,” Schedule of <br />Performances, the City will pay Performers Ninety Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($98,000.00) via check made payable to: Zoppė Family, Inc. <br />Payment of this amount will be hand delivered to Giovanni Zoppé at the <br />Place of Performance by a City representative. <br />g) Within thirty (30) days after the final Performance, Performers and/or <br />Agent may be entitled to the following additional compensation as set <br />forth below: <br />i. If total gross retail ticket sale revenues are between $620,000 and <br />$659,999, Performers will be paid a bonus of $5,000; OR <br />ii. If total gross retail ticket sale revenues exceed $660,000, <br />Performers will be paid a bonus of $10,000. <br />Such additional payment, if any, will be paid by check made payable to <br />New World Classics.
