Chan Zuckerberg Initiative DAF <br />August 11, 2022 <br />Melissa Stevenson Diaz <br />City Manager <br />City of Redwood City <br />2600 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Dear Ms. Stevenson Diaz: <br />Congratulations, City of Redwood City (Grantee) has been accepted to receive a grant of <br />$100,000.00 from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative DAF, an advised fund of Silicon Valley <br />Community Foundation. <br />This grant is for core support to Redwood City Together for community-based board <br />memberships. This grant is intended to cover work performed toward this goal from July 1, <br />2022 through June 30, 2024. Please sign, date and return the attached grant agreement to <br />svcfteam@siliconvalleycf.org via DocuSign as soon as possible. Once we receive the signed <br />agreement, we will arrange for payment of the grant according to the schedule outlined in the <br />grant agreement. <br />Silicon Valley Community Foundation requires reports on the use of the funds, as outlined in the <br />grant agreement.
