REV: 08-04-23 VR <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />The activities described in the original agreement will be extended for an additional nine months <br />under this amendment. The budget for the nine-month period will be as-follows: <br />PACE Expenditures Amount Description <br />Lead CBO-PAL $175.000 PAL Staff (1FT) (2PT) <br />Program Partners $30,000 CBO Advisors and On-the-ground services <br />Youth Stipends $75,000 YEEE! Internships plus school year <br />Contracted Mentor Workshops $30,000 Business, Marketing, Podcast, Leadership, Branding Classes <br />Food, Supplies, Vendors $15,000 DJ, Venues, Meals, etc... <br />$325,000.00 <br />Any changes to the Budget must be approved by the City Manager or their designee in writing. <br />City will pay Consultant on a quarterly basis in an amount not to exceed $108,333.33, pursuant <br />to invoices consistent with Section 6, Compensation, of the Original Agreement, that detail the <br />work performed under each defined Goal, and which Deliverables have been met, in the <br />preceding quarter. Payment will be contingent upon the City Manager or their designee <br />determining that sufficient progress has been made towards the Goals and Deliverables to <br />warrant payment of that quarter’s installment.
