REV: 10-18-24 JB <br />Exhibit “A” <br />BILLING AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />The activities described in the Agreement will be extended as set forth in Paragraph 1 of <br />this Amendment No. 3. Approximately Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand and Ninety <br />dollars ($259,090) of unspent funds authorized under the Agreement remain available for <br />use. <br />City will pay Consultant for services from September 15 to December 31, then on a <br />quarterly basis thereafter, pursuant to invoices consistent with Section 6,Compensation, <br />of the Original Agreement, that detail the work performed under each defined Goal, and <br />which Deliverables have been met, in the preceding period. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
