REV: 08-23-2022 JB <br />CHANGE IN CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR <br />Consultant shall assign individual persons as Construction Inspector for the duration of <br />this Agreement, as approved by the City Engineer or designee. <br />Should Consultant’s City-approved Construction Inspector have a planned absence such <br />that they will not be available to provide inspection services on any particular day or time, <br />Consultant shall provide advance notice to City and shall provide alternative means of <br />providing inspection services until City-approved Construction Inspector becomes <br />available. <br />Individual persons designated as Construction Inspector by Consultant and approved by <br />City shall not change unless City Engineer approves of such change in writing in advance <br />to the change being made, except in unforeseen circumstances such as an employee <br />illness, in which such circumstance Consultant shall notify City as soon as practical. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.315/BAGG (Inspection) (Page 13 of 13)
