REV: 08-11-22 JB <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall provide on-call planning services upon request from the Assistant <br />Community Development Director, or designee. Each Task Order shall include a scope <br />of work for each individual project and a list of required tasks and time frame for <br />deliverables. <br />Before issuing the Task Order a draft scope of work shall be sent to the Consultant with <br />a deadline for response. In the response, the Consultant will include the staff resources <br />they can commit to the project, estimated timeline and detailed cost for provision of <br />services. <br /> <br />The City will evaluate that proposal, and, if it chooses, accept the proposal and initiate <br />work by issuing a Task Order. <br /> <br /> <br />FEE SCHEDULE: <br /> <br />Except for Historic Resources Evaluations, Consultant will be paid on an hourly basis at <br />the rates provided in each Task Order. The hourly rates will fall within the set dollar <br />amounts below. Reimbursable expenses will be delineated on all invoices. All expenses <br />(printing, couriers, postage, etc.) will be included in additional direct costs not included in <br />the rate schedule below will be charged as incurred and will be clearly identified in the <br />project’s Task Order. <br />For Historic Resources Evaluations, Consultant shall charge the flat fees designated in <br />the tables below. The fee is subject to revision annually if mutually agreed upon in writing <br />by the City Manager, or their designee, and Consultant.
