Human Services: Basic Human Needs are activities that are vital for survival and not <br />just an improvement to the quality of life, regardless of income. For example, emergency <br />food programs are essential to survival. Coordination of a volunteer program is an <br />improvement to the quality of life. <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />The Sexual Abuse Services Program for Children and Youth provides mental health <br />services to address the multiple healing needs of child survivors of sexual trauma <br />including: crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, advocacy, medical/legal <br />and forensic accompaniment, and information and referrals. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Sexual Abuse Services for Children and Youth will serve 75 Redwood City persons. <br /> <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
