REV: 08-24-22 RL <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will power wash Redwood City playgrounds per industry standards as instructed by <br />the Director of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department or their designee. <br />Fee: <br />General power washing services: $50 an hour. <br />Power washing playgrounds will vary in time depending on the playground services (various sizes <br />and amenities). <br />Magical Bridge Playground: Due to the unique nature of the playground based on size, layout (2 <br />levels), and high use, the following will be charged: <br />$675 each visit every other week from October to May. <br />$675 each visit once a week from June to September. <br />City will pay Consultant monthly, subject to invoicing consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Invoices are to be generated every month and sent to the Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Department.
