Mayor
Foust added details about metropolitan service areas and another Council Member added
that there are no penalties if the goals are not met. Staff confirmed that fact. Council
expressed thanks to staff for all the work and acknowledged that there is pressure to
comply and move forward. Mayor Foust said she had attended the signing of the Bay Area
Collaborative earlier this year in Redwood City. She was the only Mayor from San Mateo
County present. She also announced that on October 27, 2009, at Notre Dame de Namur
University in Belmont, PG&E will host a free workshop on residential solar.
M/S Hartrnett/Ira to approve the resolution.
