DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post a <br /> <br />notice to abate nuisance upon the real property situated in said <br /> <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />804 Walnut Street, Redwood C~ty, <br />California, more particu~arly described <br />as Lot 14, Block 17, Sweeney Addition; <br /> <br />and did send a copy of said notice so posted, by registered mail, <br /> <br /> <br />postage prepaid, to the owners of said real property, as said <br /> <br /> <br />owners are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of suid City <br /> <br /> <br />of Redwood City, to wit: <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Genocblo <br />40 Birch Street <br />Redwood City, California <br /> <br />WHEREAS in and by said notice' to abate nuisance said Building <br /> <br />Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix <br /> <br />March 6, 1950 <br /> <br />at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. of said day, in the Council <br /> <br />Chamber at the City Hall on Mlddlefield Road in said City of Red- <br /> <br />wood City, as the time and place when the owners of the buildings <br /> <br /> <br />81 tua ted upon said real property could ai)pear and be heard and show <br /> <br /> <br />cause why said buildings should not be condemned as a public <br /> <br /> <br />nuisance and abated by reconstructing or properly repairing said <br /> <br /> <br />buildings or by razing or removing the same; and <br /> <br />viHEREAS said Council did proceed \\1i th said hearing on <br /> <br />March 6, 1950, <br /> <br />and after considering all <br />
