Contract Template <$200,000 <br />May 2021 <br />REV: 09-22-22 VR <br />Agreement No. 55511-23-D9287 <br />Exhibit A <br />Agreement between the County of San Mateo and City of Redwood City serving <br />as Fiscal Agent for Redwood City Together <br />In consideration of the payments set forth in Exhibit B, Amount and Method of Payment, <br />Contractor shall provide the following services: <br />1. Description of Services to be Performed by Contractor <br />Contractor will implement Redwood City (RWC) Neighborhood Action Team project to <br />develop and implement grassroots efforts aimed at increasing access to mental health <br />services for community members most impacted by the COVID pandemic. <br />A. Promotora Training <br />Develop standardized pilot training for Promotores/community outreach workers <br />focused on COVID education, prevention, and access to safety net services, <br />including mental health resources. <br />Outcome(s): Establish standardized training curriculum for Promotores/Outreach <br />workers that will support continuity and quality of education, outreach and referrals <br />for impacted communities <br />1) Convene meetings to co-lead a <br />collaborative of CBOs/stakeholders in <br />meetings to develop pilot <br />Promotores/Outreach training <br />September 2022 and ongoing <br />2) Review and adapt existing Promotora <br />and/or Outreach trainings to develop <br />curriculum outline and content <br />September 2022 <br />3) Conduct pilot Promotora/Outreach Training <br />sessions <br />September 2022 and ongoing <br />B.
