GENERAL AMENDMENT FORM <br />CITY ATTORNEY APPROVED VERSION 11-19-2021 RL <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Exhibit “A-1” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will perform on-call professional emergency services upon request of the Fire <br />Chief or their designee at the rates set forth below: <br />Note: Rates are valid through December 31, 2024, and are subject to an annual <br />escalation of 3% thereafter. <br />Other Direct Costs (ODC) – Miscellaneous direct costs such as travel, supplies, and the <br />like are billed at invoice plus general and accounting (G&A) fees (currently 16.01%) and <br />a 10% fee.
