AGREEMENT 00 5200-1 <br /> <br />DOCUMENT 00 5200 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, dated this ________day of ___________________, 2022, by and <br />between Onpoint Construction whose place of business is located at 322 Lang Avenue, <br />Burlingame, CA 94010 (Contractor), and CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a California charter city <br />and municipal corporation (City), acting under and by virtue of the authority vested in City by the <br />laws of the State of California. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City, on the 21st day of September 2022 awarded to Contractor the following <br />Contract: <br /> <br />FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER <br />OA RECEPTION REMODEL PROJECT <br />at <br />2600 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD <br />REDWOOD CITY, CA 94063 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, <br />Contractor and City agree as follows: <br /> <br />ARTICLE 1 SCOPE OF WORK OF THE CONTRACT <br /> <br />1.01 WORK OF THE CONTRACT <br /> <br />A.
