Exhibit A <br />PROPERTY DESCRIPTION <br />THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />A Condominium comprised of: <br />PARCEL I: <br />Condominium Unit 404, as shown upon that Condominium Plan entitles!
