("Habitat,) and are to be <br />considered the JOINT escrow instructions for the sale by Habitat to individual homebuyers of <br />seven (7) affordable housing units (the "Units") located in Redwood City. <br />INSTRUCTIONS <br />A. Escrow, Accounts and Purchase Agreements. A separate escrow account ("Escrow") has <br />been opened for the sale of each Unit by Habitat and the respective buyers of the Unit (each, a <br />"Buyer" and collectively, the "Buyers',). Habitat and each of the Buyers have executed .Purchase <br />Agreements (tile "Purchase Agreements'), which Purchase Agreements contain escrow <br />instructions governing the escrow relating to the Unit in question. The Pitt -chase Agreements have <br />been delivered to you separately. In the event of any conflict between these Instructions and the <br />instructions set forth in the Ptuthase Agreements, these Instructions shall control. <br />B. Documents to be Deposited: In addition to other documents that may be required by <br />Escrow Holder to close the transactions contemplated hereby, the parties will deposit the following <br />documents into the appropriate Escrow for each Unit: <br />1. Promissory Note (From Buyer to Habitat) <br />2.
