("HOME Regulatory Agreement"). Pursuant to Section 4.2 of the HOME <br />Regulatory Agreement, these Units are individually released from HOME <br />Regulatory Agreement upon their initial sale and recordation of the Grant of <br />Option. <br />F. Closing Costs. Closing costs as noted in paragraph E item 5 are to be paid by Habitat. <br />G. Escrow Deposit. The Buyers will be required to pay a $1,000 escrow deposit. <br />NOTE THAT HABITAT AUTHORIZES TRANSFER OF TITLE TO BUYERS WITHOUT <br />CERTAIN DEEDS OF TRUST RECORDING AS LISTED IN PARAGRAPH C.
