Subordination. The City agrees that it will not withhold consent to reasonable requests for subordination of this Deed of Trust to deeds of trust provided for the benefit of third - party lenders providing financing for the Property approved by City, provided that the instruments effecting such subordination include reasonable protections to the City in the event of default, including without limitation, extended notice and cure rights. 23. Request for Notice. City requests that copies of any notice of default and notice of sale affecting the Property be sent to City at its address set forth herein. City shall record a Request for Notice of Default and Sale. 24. Notices. Attorneys' Fees and Costs.
