<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 8 5 0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMEl\IT <br />\'lITH LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> <br />vlHEREAS the C1 ty of Redwood City and Land Development <br />Company have reached an agreement whereby they will compro- <br />mise all of their differences arising out of that certain <br />action now pending in the Superior Court of the State of <br />California in and for the County of San Mateo, which action <br />I <br />is en ti tIed uLand Development Compa.ny vs. the Ci tJr of Redw'ood <br />City, No. 49138;" <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of <br />Redwood City as follows: <br />1. That that certain agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Land Development Con~any, a copy of which <br /> <br />is attached hereto and made a part of this resolution, is <br /> <br />her-eby approved. <br /> <br />2.
