<br />DEED OF TRUST WITH ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />This DEED OF TRUST, made this A44—day of 4IA4WT 7.,d'Z2, , 2022, Priscilla Freeman,
<br />herein called TRUSTOR, whose address is: 612 Jefferson Ave, #603, Redwood City, CA 94063, Old
<br />Republic Title Company, herein called TRUSTEE, and the City of Redwood City, herein called
<br />BENEFICIARY.
<br />Trustor irrevocably grants, transfers and assigns to Trustee in Trust, with Power of Sale that property (the
<br />"Property") in the City of Redwood City, San Mateo County, California as more particularly described in
<br />Exhibit A attached hereto.
<br />Together with the rents, issues and profits thereof, subject, however, to the right, power and authority
<br />hereinafter given to and conferred upon Beneficiary to collect and apply such rents, issues and profits.
<br />For the Purpose of Securing: (1) payment of the sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000)
<br />with interest thereon according to the terms of a promissory note or notes of even date herewith made by
<br />Trustor, payable to order of Beneficiary, and extensions or renewals thereof; (2) payment of additional sums
<br />and interest thereon which may hereafter be loaned to Trustor, or his or her successors or assigns, when
<br />evidenced by a promissory note or notes reciting that they are secured by this Deed of Trust; and (3)
<br />payment of Excess Sales Proceeds as required pursuant to the Grant of Option to Repurchase and Resale
<br />Restriction Agreement entered into by and among the Trustor, Beneficiary and Habitat for Humanity Greater
<br />San Francisco, Inc.; and (4) performance of every obligation, covenant or agreement of Trustor contained
<br />herein and in any other document executed by Trustor to evidence the purchase of and restrictions upon
<br />the Home, including, but not limited to, the Grant of Option to Repurchase and Resale Restriction
<br />Agreement.
<br />To Protect the Security of This Deed of Trust, Trustor Agrees: By the execution and delivery of this
<br />DEED OF TRUST and the Note secured hereby, that provisions (1) to (14), inclusive, of the fictitious deed
<br />of trust recorded on 1 nn�-,?1961 Vol 40_78 Page �2n of Official Records in the Office of the County
<br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, (which provisions are printed on the reverse
<br />hereof) hereby are adopted and incorporated herein and made an part hereof as fully as though set forth
<br />herein at length; that Trustor will observe and perform said provisions; and that the references to property,
<br />obligations, and parties in said provisions shall be construed to refer to the property, obligations, and parties
<br />set forth in this Deed of Trust. See Exhibit "B" Attached Hereto
